We prefer to understand the details of the event, such as audience size, numbers of presenters, type of media being presented. Thus, assisting our staff to meet your audio visual needs. There are suppliers that believe one-size fits all events, that simply is incorrect. An audience of 40 people requires a completely different size sound system rental, than an audience of 200. Therefore, by customizing equipment to meet the event, we are better able to meet the end customers’ budget.
We serve events of all types, from small luncheons to large awards banquets; and pharmaceutical dinner meetings to non-profit fundraisers. Our team of technicians are audio visual professionals and highly experienced. Thus, delivery, set up and removal are included with every order. You will never see our staff arrive in sneakers, shorts and t-shirts. Our Audio Visual techs wear “show blacks” meaning black slacks, shoes, and collared shirt. They are always prepared whether meeting with restaurant staff or meeting with your client. We believe when we are on location that we are an extension of your staff, thus we believe it’s important to represent you professionally.

ACAV offers Venue Discounts off our already low audio visual rental rates. In addition, we will arrange Net-30 terms for our venue partners.
